C. Barrington Hart Serves as Chairman of the Board for Turn Around Coaching Inc. Presently working as President of Turn Around Coaching Inc. Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters in counseling. St. Leo University with a Bachelors in Human Resource Management. Certified nationally as a Rehabilitation Counselor. Retired honorably from the United States Air Force after serving twenty years. Have worked as a counselor with the state and federal government. Married for 33 years with three children. Has a Doberman pincher for a pet named Leksis, is a member of Victory World Church and serves in the Usher ministry there. I like to serve others.

Dorien B Hart Serves as a member in the position of Vice Chair of the Board for Turn Around Coaching Inc. He is presently employed as a high school teacher and basketball coach. Graduated from Old Dominion University, majoring in Physical education and Special education. Played AAU and Junior college basketball. Loves working and being around young people. He has the ability to push young people to their limit and get more out of them than anyone I know.

John Dance Serves as CEO and member of the Board for Turn Around Coaching Inc. John successfully influences the direction of the company by helping to build strong leadership competencies for front-line employees and acting as a mentor to junior managers. John holds a bachelor's degree from Niagara University (New York) and has held numerous leadership and general management positions for such companies as the U.S. Amry (resigning with the rank of Captain). John, his wife Amanda and their three children reside in Alpharetta, GA. where they serve and attend Victory World Church in Norcross. In his free time, John enjoys fishing, reading, and working on his first book 'My Thoughts Exactly'.

Frank Kulendran Serves as a member of the Board for Turn Around Coaching Inc. He is presently employed as Executive Vice President for Datamatics Consultants Inc. Graduated from the University of London, majoring in computer science. He works with all facets of Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics & Software Engineering, and Regulatory Compliance Audits. He is responsible for establishing and growing partnerships with Big 4 Audit Firms, Big 8 Consulting Firms and Fortune 1000 Clients. Revenue enhancement with incumbent clients through innovative and cutting edge consulting solutions. Recruitment of consultants and point operational/management personnel. His other interest includes U.S. foreign policy, bi - lateral macro economics, turf grass, the game of Cricket, and Meals on Wheels volunteering. He is a giving man.

Margaret A. Priestley, MD Serves as a member of the Board for Turn Around Coaching Inc. She presently works at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as the Clinical Director, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as well as the Associate Trauma Director, in the Cardiac Critical Care Medicine Program. She has her Board Certification in Pediatrics. She graduated from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is a big sports fan. Cares deeply about young children

Gladstone Priestley Serves as a member of the Board for Turn Around Coaching Inc. He was born in Kingston, Jamaica. He has been married for 45 years to one wife. They have four children, two daughters and two sons, who live from coast to coast. Margaret in Pennsylvania, Greg in California, Gary in New York, and Lindsey in Georgia. He is presently retired, but his last position was as Assistant Vice President for Citigroup of New York, where he worked for 35 years. He currently is a member of Victory World Church, where he serves in the bookstore. He is an avid sports fan, and his favorite team is the New York Yankees. He loves gardening and his favorite TV show is 24. He is always willing to help others in need.

Jim Fetsko Serves as a member of the board for Turn Around Coaching. He is married for 11 years with a blended family of 5 children and 2 grand children. God has given Jim a heart for young people. He has been serving in children’s ministry for over 6 years, previously as a Cub Scouts Cubmaster for 4 years and currently as a Chaplain for the Boy Scouts of America. He and his wife started and run ‘A Day of Hope Foundation’; a non-profit service organization. He is a District Sales Manager for Snyder’s of Hanover.

Georgia Wolf Serves as Treasurer of the Board for Turn Around Coaching, Inc. She is a CPA and is the Founder and CEO of The Accounting Boutique, LLC, a Certified Public Accounting Firm. She is also an Author, penning her first children’s book titled "I Forgive You Daddy; I Love You Anyway", released in 2009. Georgia was born in Kingston, Jamaica and has lived in the USA for 20 plus years. Georgia resides with her daughter in Atlanta, Georgia.
